No hoods needed for operation

The Catalytic Converter technology turns grease-laden vapor into water, allowing the oven to operate with no need for exhaust hoods. A removable catalytic converter allows operators to perform the cleaning without the need for a maintenance service call. 

All Prática’s high-speed ovens have been tested and passed EPA202, allowing them to be certified as non-grease emitting appliances.

How do Speed Ovens work?

Speed ovens utilize microwaves and impinged air to achieve rapid finishing of products. Microwaves penetrate up to 2 cm into certain foods, while impinged air provides color and crispness.

Both parameters can be adjusted via the display, with microwave power ranging from 0% to 100% and impinged air settings from 10% to 100%. Recipes can be programmed, uploaded, and downloaded through the exclusive IoK cloud or via a USB device, offering flexible and efficient operation.

Speed ovens are designed to heat and finish sandwiches, pasta, breads, and other par-baked frozen or chilled foods.

The Forza Speed Oven line is specifically engineered for pizzas and similar items, capable of baking raw dough pizzas up to 40cm in diameter in just 3 minutes.
